Poor service and backup. Hardware fitted to new door went pitted after four months. I was told it was because I lived at a coastal area. Having a battle to get adequate Hardware fitted . Three months since I complained and still waiting. Guess I will have to chase them up yet again.
5 star start to finish...I needed a new window...received a very prompt quote with a fair price...job now done..my hallway looks brilliant!!...Have now been back to the Mcgregor team for a set of wardrobe doors...which I'm looking forward to...Mcgregors is definatley my go to glazier from now on....Thanks guys...

These guys are great! I had some double glazing units replaced by McGregor a few months ago, and the experience was great from start to finish. Afer some shocking customer service from big names it was refreshing that people turn up when they say they will, provide a quality service and all while being very friendly. Just had all 25 of our 25-year-old timber windows replaced by McGregor Glazing Ltd – and we couldn’t be happier with the result! 🙌 The team of three fitters completed the entire house in just three days, left everything spotless, removed all waste, and didn’t leave a mark on the surrounding décor or ingoes. No touch-ups needed at all! We went for dark green frames, and they match perfectly with the original doors that McGregor Glazing installed for us years ago – a flawless finish and a real credit to their attention to detail.
