Great service, fast response, very presentable and reasonably priced. Cost benefit to fix vs replace is covered provided appliance lasts at least one more year (though hopefully many more.) Waited a month to post this to make sure my refrigerator is still ticking!

Fridge/freezer stopped working properly so contacted them for advice. They were able to attend the next working day in a time that suited me around work. Quickly able to identify the issue and was honest about how he could repair the machine but that this may not fix the issue due to the type of problem it was. Very professional and trustworthy service, would highly recommend
Our 10 year old Samsung Fridge Freezer was starting to show its age and I called AB Appliance to come and have a look. The technician gave the unit a once over taking the unit out and stripping it down, but unfortunately came to the conclusion the unit was past repair. Speaking to the technician, he was very professional and knowledgeable and came over as a trust worthy kind of guy, so had no problem taking his explanation and advice. We then chatted about replacement systems and I got a great brief on what to look for in a new model, while he put the unit back together again. A great service and would not hesitate to recommend.
