Managed to slot me in for a washing machine repair, arrived on time, very helpful and explained the underlying issues. Very reasonable price for a fix!
My 13-year old Dyson had started screaming every time I switched it on. I took it to Domestic Appliance House and the engineer was quick to diagnose the fault as he’d had several Dysons with the same problem. He told me that it would be £50 to remedy the fault and service the hoover which I thought was very reasonable given the cost of buying a new Dyson. A few days later my hoover was ready to pick up. It now works as if it was brand new. I’m delighted with both the service I received and the quality of work. I have no hesitation in recommending Domestic House Appliance.
One of the most arrogant man I met in this maintenance store. If you run a business then he should have a good behaviour and manner to attend the customer. Never judge the customer that the customer doesn’t know anything about the product. At least listen to the customer first as the customer must have tried to repair and after he failed, he reached for your help. I would better throw my product than come to this store to repair. I prefer a good behaviour and well mannered person to deal with.
Dropped good off, no call three weeks after dropping.. returned to collect, told both broken asked for the goods back these were gone pulled out a box of scrap trying piece bits together. Would take your goods elsewhere
I had my dimplex wall mounted panel heater fixed 4 years ago and it’s still working. The heater to replace would have cost £250 and it cost £40 to repair. Absolute bargain. Now I have another one to repair, so I will take it to him this week. Thanks so much.
