Grant gave us a call and advised on what could’ve been wrong because it made no sense for our almost new washer dryer to be needing any new parts. He asked us a few questions and advised to give the glass a clean as there was actually some build up there which I hadn’t even noticed. Long story short, no leaks after cleaning the appliance. Just great. A water leak on the underside that wasn't due to anything wrong with the machine but I'd NEVER have got that, the input water pressure was too high and the washing machine not well installed for stability. It was leaking from the detergent drawer dribbling down the front following hidden contours to the floor & I hadn't seen that. He sorted it even amending the dodgy flooring at the rear then charged me far less than I expected after all his trouble. Use this experienced and diligent professional !
I called this company this morning about an error on my AEG integrated dishwasher. The owner came out the same day and found water had accumulated in the base of the machine causing the error. He managed to check all the hoses and dried off the affected areas but said he thought there was an issue with my motor and suggested I should consider buying a new machine as a repair to the motor would be extremely expensive. I appreciated his honesty and explanation and he left me with a working machine and his charge was reasonable for the work he carried out. Our machine was over 9 years old so we will buy a replacement and would have no hesitation in asking this company to install it.
