Great choice of bathrooms and excellent help and service from Craig. When there was a delay on one of our items from the manufacturer Craig called us immediately and was able to give us other options to choose from. We had an excellent experience with Craig and the team from start to finish. We are really happy with our new bathroom and will be returning to refurbish our other bathroom.

Two or three showrooms in Dundee were on our short list when deciding where to go for our new bathroom, all ticked a lot of boxes. We chose Victor Paris because it was by far the largest and we could choose everything we wanted from display rather than trawling through catalogs which was a real bonus. The choice was vast and even the rainfall shower we chose was plumbed in and working, not sure you can experience that benefit in many other showrooms. Craig and his assistant, Alana, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and offered really good hints, tips, and advice. Prices were competitive so overall we were very comfortable with our decision. Craig recommended his preferred fitter who has since completed the installation and the finished bathroom is absolutely fantastic. A very satisfied customer.

How lucky we are to have Victor Paris Bathrooms, Dundee, and especially Craig, as an exemplary ambassador for their sales team. We recently wanted to source a large HiB illuminated mirror for our new bathroom conversion. The HiB website identified Victor Paris as our local retailer. Great to see the mirror in real life, than play the lottery of the internet. I phoned the store and spoke to Craig, a person with a high degree of competence, knowledge of product and stock availability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and all round good sense of humour. He invited us to the store to see up to 70 displays all with HiB mirrors, far beyond our expectations. He gave clear directions to the store. Three days later we entered the store and met staff, Craig identified himself, then offered a greeting to me by my surname. I was quite amazed at this superb recall given my difficult name and from only a phone call introduction. He accurately remembered our search criteria, and invited us to view and demonstrate a variety of styles and specifications. Then he gave us space to make our final choice of a mirror to meet our needs, with additionally an excellent price point. We were delighted with his suggestions. The mirror was to be available in store the following day at mid-day, and punctually on time Craig phoned us to say it was available for collection. We have been supremely impressed with everything about Craig’s sales and customer support skills as well as Victor Paris Bathrooms. We vowed to return to store for any related future purchases. In fact we did so today, such was our feeling of Victor Paris Bathrooms as our centre of bathroom’s excellence and quality, and Craig as their very able representative. A sincere thank you to all.

Victor Paris Bathrooms in Dundee is undoubtedly THE place to secure a new bathroom from.Their range of superior quality ceramic and furniture is excellent. This coupled with the highly professional and knowledgeable Craig Hepburn who had genuine interest and enthusiasm while he designed the layout of our new bathroom. As the choices were so numerous it took a few visits to settle on the products......all the time guided by Craig with respect to practicalities and compatibility with pricing notwithstanding. Additionally, Craig kindly advised, when asked, to suggest a reputable team for installation. In summary: 10/10 for the whole experience.

Fantastic place to visit if you are thinking of a new bathroom. I found Craig to be really helpful and genuinely interested in making sure my bathroom upgrade was as good as it could be. It was also great to see the huge bathroom displays, as this helped to visualise the items (much better than looking through a catalogue) Prices were good, the Oro shower quadrant in 8mm glass we purchased was way cheaper than same item from competitors in both Dundee and Perth!. It was a real pleasure to deal with such a genuine friendly salesman/manager. Thanks Craig. 😊
