I chose some costly designer wall covering that no-one appeared able to source. I then found it on Select Wallpapers website, and placed our order one Saturday. I received a confirmation email together with a separate receipt for payment very quickly. We were kept up to date regarding proposed delivery by Select Wallpapers. Our order was delivered very promptly however was incorrect (human error happens). I called Diane, and she and her team quickly arranged to have the received goods collected next day, and they placed another order for the wall covering originally ordered. The order was due from overseas and the team at Select worked very hard to ensure the order arrived with us as soon as humanly possible, bearing in mind the current challenges some countries are experiencing. Diane kept me fully informed every step of the way going above and beyond to meet our expectations. Our order was delivered today, well packaged and is as beautiful as we'd hoped. I will have NO hesitation in placing future orders with Select Wallpaper and recommending the company to others. Their prices are very competitive and the customer service was second to none. I live in the US and had been looking into ordering wallpaper directly from Farrow and Ball. However, I was not thrilled when I discovered that F&B is selling their wallpaper at $300 per roll to their American customers while their UK website is selling for £120, about $150 in USD, effectively doubling the price of my project. I was so relieved to find the beautiful F&B wallpaper I was looking for through Select Wallpapers at a wonderful price of £102 per roll, about $130 USD. I first ordered a sample which took about a month to get to California. It turned up in great shape! I then ordered 2 rolls of wallpaper, and they showed up less than 3 weeks later. The rolls were securely packaged and included all of the instructions/information from Farrow & Ball. Even with the added international shipping cost, my order of 2 rolls was less than a single roll of wallpaper from Farrow & Ball's US website. I appreciate that Select Wallpapers is a small, family-owned business. They are trustworthy and fair, and I would absolutely order from them again. I am so happy! Highly recommend for anyone else ordering to the US :)
