I found and contacted Dundee Design Flooring through their website after searching for a local company to install LVT flooring I’d selected from an independent online supplier. Steven responded to my enquiry within one working day and was able to arrange a home visit the following week. Punctual and with a friendly, professional manner, he provided some useful guidance in relation to the products I had chosen and the desired finish, and forwarded a clear and reasonably priced quote within 24 hours. Lead in time to the work was only a few weeks, during which Steven liaised directly with my chosen supplier on my behalf, ensuring the correct type and quantity of product was ordered. The work involved uptake and removal of the old flooring, which unfortunately revealed some unanticipated damage, but Steven kept me informed at all stages, was able to provide a prompt estimate of the additional cost and managed the unforeseen work within minimal delay. All work was completed within a pleasingly short time frame and to a professional standard. The flooring has now been installed for over a month, with no snags noted and the standard of workmanship complimented upon by several visitors. Overall, I am delighted with the finished product and have no hesitation in recommending Dundee Design Flooring, with the work undertaken representing excellent quality and value for money. The absolute stand-out features of this company, however, are the exceptionally high level of responsive communication and efficient approach that Steven offers and I’d be more than happy to have him undertake further work in the future.

Great service- from start to finish. Very professional and nothing was too much hassle. Lots of samples for you to look at and came and measured same day, when I got in touch. End result is amazing, we love it. Definitely will be using Dundee Design Flooring again and will be recommending to all friends and family.
