I’ve been training with Alex since the start of the year, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more. In that time, I’ve lost around 8kg, but more importantly, I feel so much stronger and more toned. His guidance with both training and diet has made a huge difference and kept everything realistic and sustainable. What really sets Alex apart, though, is his knowledge and attention to individual needs. Last month I injured my back at work and was in tremendous pain — I could barely walk and had to take two weeks off. After just two focused sessions with Alex targeting the issue, I was completely recovered. His understanding of lower back pain is second to none. Excellent rehabilitator. Highly skilled young man, and taking into account every detail from my current health status. He suggested,showed to me how to do them properly, only 5 very simple and easy exercises and the pain in my neck disappeared after 2 weeks. I am very grateful.

I’ve reached out to Alex to help with my lower back pain. After just 2-3 sessions, I was pain-free. After that point, I would go once a week to work on my core stability and prevent my back pain from recurring. I haven’t had any issues ever since; it's one of the best investments I’ve ever made.
