GHF is not like other gyms. It’s an inclusive community of fantastic coaches and members who support and care for each other. I go to the strength classes twice a week and am really pleased at how much stronger I’ve got. I also love meeting other members at the class and have a laugh. I also did their 8 week lean programme last year, which was really effective, informative and supportive.
The Small Group PT at GHF has been the best ever for me in terms of health and fitness. I have been a member of quite a few gyms over the years but I tended to just go through the motions and not feel any significant benefits but SGPT ensures you are working to the very best of your ability and that you continue to push yourself. The coaches listen, support, correct your technique and suggest alternative exercises for any individual problem areas, their attention to detail is second to none and your SGPT gym buddies will also become a source of inspiration and motivation. The weights I am now using is incredible in comparison to what I was lifting previously, I would never have imagined I would be picking these up let alone working out with them regularly. As a result I saw a change in my physique and mental heath within a few months of training at GHF and feel fitter, stronger and more energised than I have ever felt! The added bonus is that I have met some wonderful people through GHF who I now call friends and I am part of a wonderful supportive community. I would recommend Small Group PT at GHF to everyone whatever your age or fitness level.
I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. As a complete beginner to all things fitness who never thought I could or would enjoy going to a gym, GHF proved me so wrong! I joined the 8 week lean programme hoping to lose some weight and improve my fitness. Not only did I achieve this, but learned all about healthy and realistic nutrition, and found exercise that I enjoy in a hugely welcoming and supportive environment. I then started going to small group PT classes and haven’t looked back. The coaches are all fantastic and there is a great team spirit in the gym. Give it a go 👍
GHF is really not like any other gym I've ever gone to with a fantastic choice of classes. Their Small Group Personal Training sessions are fabulous. There are only 4 clients per coach so you really do get that personal training experience but with the support of your other 3 gym buddies. I would highly recommend GHF.
I joined over 8 years ago and have never looked back. Having joined many other gyms this is completely different. Every single person is treated as an individual. Wether it is exercise health or diet advise the advise given is just for you. The classes are small so there is no hiding at the back and an excellent trainer will guide you through every step adjusting each exercise for you. Stephen and his team are fantastic the friendliest bunch you could meet. Also I have met so many great friends.So GHF is not just a gym .... it’s a FAMILY. Maria Adams
