Exceptionally poor customer service from an impolite, low calibre individual who was reportedly the business owner. I do not recommend these services nor do I consider Fast Cleaning Dundee a professional company of stature as demonstrated in the response below. It is pleasing to see however, despite the etiquette below demonstrating a lack of integrity, that the individual is more mindful when communicating in public, compared to the outrageous messages sent on digital platforms - which I opted not to respond to. To be clear, £110 was paid despite dissatisfaction.
Great service from this company. They not only cleaned the property but also tidied up the clutter as well. They did a great job within a limited time period. They also do other services such as maintenance and handy man call outs for short stays, I haven't used this service yet but I am sure it would be great.
Really great service the two times that I have contacted them. They were readily available even during the weekends and brought their own supplies. The two ladies were really friendly and helpful. My place was looking very clean by the end. Easily contactable. Will definitely recommend!
Wonderful service and the level of detail and cleaning was fantastic. I’m moving and wanted a kitchen deep clean! Tops of cupboards, inside tumble dyer and condenser, inside cupboards & outside plus more. 👏👏 I’ve arranged to have them visit my new home every 2 weeks. Thank you very much.
Had great experience using Fast Cleaning Dundee Ltd, couldn't be happier. They were on time, thorough, and very professional. My home looks amazing, and the staff were super friendly. Booking was easy, and the price was fair. Highly recommend!
