Happy is an understatement. A super last minute urgent call to George and he was here. He explained very meticulously to me and my wife that parts that was previously quoted from another plumber was not needed which saved me thousands. George helped us out massively when our hot water pressure dropped out of nowhere. He investigated the problem and fixed it within a couple of days, having waited on parts to complete the job. Even helped with a small toilet issue that we were experiencing but putting up with. Extremely quick and reliable from start to finish, with great humour and expertise throughout. 100% would recommend.

We had a really good experience with George and Grant. I know that the team at Connaught do some very big jobs and that can sometimes mean that small, domestic work can be treated with less importance. This isn’t the case with George. He deals with the job with absolute professionalism from start to finish. This doesn’t mean he and his team (Grant in our case) are dull. Far from it. They are personable, with a great sense of humour which made dealing with them a delight. So, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Why wouldn’t you book them.
