Reuben provided an excellent boiler service, and we couldn’t be happier. He was punctual, very professional, and extremely friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions with patience. He gave us great advice about changing our bathroom radiators from water to electric. He also advised us on adding an extra radiator in the living room and helped us understand what would work best. His advice on choosing a new boiler was excellent and very easy to understand. The quote for all the changes is very reasonable. Communication was great from start to finish. Reuben is knowledgeable, honest, and really cares about his work. Delighted to submit 100th review 🤩. Really pleased that I contacted River Tay Heating Ltd when let down by another company. Reuben was excellent from the get go. Confirmed appointment, he turned up when expected, including a text message to say he was en route with estimated time of arrival, which was spot on. He listened attentively to what the issues were with our boiler and he quickly diagnosed the problems and sorted these out, and took time explaining this all to me. Reuben was extremely respectful of our home. He was meticulous in cleaning parts of the boiler as he went along and disposed of waste/build up of sludge thoughtfully. I have already asked for him to return to do other works to radiators and resiting of condensate boiler pipe as I was very impressed by his knowledge and skills. Costs were very reasonable for works carried out to date, which included a thorough boiler service. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Reuben!

Delighted with the service from River Tay Heating Ltd. Reuben was able to immediately diagnose the problem with my boiler and fully explained what the problem was. Unfortunately the heating went off again and Reuben came back that evening. He was able to ascertain that the issue was also due to some shortcuts when the boiler was put in. He was able to fix this temporarily and will be coming back after New Year to offer a permanent solution. It’s so great to find a company that you can trust to offer you expertise and value for money. Very pleased and would highly recommend!
