Fantastic service from start to finish from M&M Bathrooms. We loved the fact that they did a digital mock up of our bathroom (after a survey of our current bathroom), allowing us to explore different looks and layouts (great for someone like me who struggles to see the vision just by talking about things) and we were able to change bits before going ahead when we saw something else we liked. The showroom team (Kieran and Melissa) were very patient and gave great advice. The contractor we had to do the installation (Tim) was phenomenal and such a hard worker. He did a great job and asked our opinion on a few bits and bobs to make sure we were happy throughout the installation. Couldn't be more impressed - thank you all!
After waiting longer than we had expected for the bathroom, as I also had to keep chasing the person I dealt with for updates, it also was delivered wrong. Then we discovered the sales guy didn't bother to tell us that the worktop can only be cut and fitted by them, when he knew the bathroom was getting fitted by my own tradesmen. I felt like they just wanted my money and didn't actually care about the stress it then caused me to try and fix the problems. No discount or anything offered when I also had to pay more to rectify the mistakes they made. Shocking really for being a lead bathroom place in Dundee. I would give no stars for customer service and actually caring about us.
Had a new bathroom fitted by Peter and Denny great job. No hassle perfect job looking great. Job was left cleared no rubbish and very pleasant workmen. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Good friendly and professional service, both in planning and fitting our bathroom. Work was done quickly to avoid as much disruption as possible. Great aftercare service as well to make sure everything is perfect!
