Garage door lock was stuck couldn't access, called lock shop at 10am and engineer arrived in approx. 90 mins. Crawford was the engineer he did a great job, made it look easy which obviously takes years of practice. He prised the barrel out without damaging the lock or the door and was able to reuse the existing lock (the barrel had popped out and wouldn't re-engage). Gained access, a retaining screw had come loose so he sorted that and fully tested it. 100% satisfied with lock shop and the engineer, quick, great service and value.
