Wednesday night, rainy. We got us locked out, after pulling the door shut behind us. Darren was there within 10min, opened the door and saved the day. Very fair price, no wait time.

Extremely helpful! Was fast, friendly, and kind. For a Friday night emergency call out, he was the only one who answered, and both managed to get me inside my flat in fifteen minutes, and reinforced the lock. Was a very competitive rate, and there was no lasting damage to the door. Would be my first call if there's ever a next time!

Not only did he find the problem but fixed another installlation problem we were not aware of that potentially could have blocked the necessary repair and part replacement.
