Great work John, thanks again for coming round last week - got rid of the rat in our site who we'd nicknamed "Paul"

Initially a great, friendly and quick service and reasonable price for dealing with a wasp nest. However, they have never been back to remove the dead nest as agreed despite follow up messages.

Excellent service - came very quickly and totally got rid of all wasps in house roof. No wasps have returned! Would definitely recommend this company and the very attentive and professional service - we also received very helpful advice.

I called this company as I was having a serious issue in a property I had just bought. I have a serious bug infestation due to a large amount of pigeon guano. I reached out to Global pest control on their EMERGENCY line as this was an emergency as it is stopping myself and my partner living in my house! They were supposed to arrive on Tuesday at 4pm and I had been sat in my bug infested house unable to do anything hoping that pest control can solve my issues as displayed on their lovely 5 star reviews. It got to 4:30 and nobody had turned up so I called and he said he had forgotten about us despite putting it in his phone and diary and he was an hour and a half away. So I spent the evening speaking to him and eventually arranged for his Tech to come out at 10:30am on Wednesday. Cool, so again sat in the house being stressed by just being there. His tech didnt turn up and I got a call at 10:53am, over 20 minutes after he was supposed to be there and he said he was 40 minutes away and asked if he needed a ladder, I told him i had one and to contact my partner when he was close as i was at work. The tech didnt arrive until around 11:50am, well over an hour after he was supposed to be there. He then spoke to my partner looked at ONE video, didnt even touch the attic, told him it would be £2K and said that my partner needed to get me out of work ASAP to speak to my solicitors and call my mortgage lender and tell them I'm not paying a penny. This wouldve got my house taken off of me. He also told my partner nobody could go up there without adequate PPE as it is deadly and could kill. He then left. I wasnt happy at all so spoke to his boss and asked him to send his tech back to actually go up in my attic as he was originally there for. He said he would return in an hour but it was 2 hours later that he actually turned up and went into the attic WITHOUT PPE, just some thin plastic gloves despite saying doing that could kill. He then said it would be a lot more than £2K and said "i hope your girlfriend is happy that ive come back and checked as im now in bother with my boss but oh well no bother." I would NOT recommend this company at all as they are rude and do not care for their customers enough to show up on time despite them calling their emergency line. Thank you for reading all this

We had such a great experience with John, our exterminator! He was super friendly and made sure to walk us through everything he was doing, which really put us at ease.
