Graham Pest Control

Rachel came out today to help with an ant problem we’ve been having, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment she arrived, she was so friendly, approachable, and professional. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. It’s not often you come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and caring. Rachel is a real credit to the company, and her excellent customer service made what could have been a stressful situation a really positive experience. Thank you so much, Rachel! I really appreciate all your help, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both you and the company to anyone needing pest control services.

Highly recommend. James was brilliant, very respectful of our home, explained everything he was doing and steps we can take to prevent ants returning in the future. We also got some advice over the phone about a wasp byke - excellent customer service. would definitely use them again in the future.

Wanted to say a massive thanks to Johnny and Chris who have been helping us out in Paisley over the past 2 months. The neighbouring flat to us had a cockroach problem which unfortunately also made it our problem as they were migrating into our flat along pipelines. Johnny and Chris attended our flat week after week investigating, laying traps down, spraying and doing follow ups. They explained everything they were doing in detail and kept in touch with us about our progress. I also wanted to let any women who may be reading reviews know that I genuinely felt so at ease with both of these lovely men in my home. I typically have my partner at home when we have any contractors coming out just due to bad experiences in the past, however I felt so safe and completely at ease with being with them in that flat alone. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough, and I hope that I won't need their services in the future but if I do I'll be requesting them personally. Thank you so much!
