Great service and fair price. Plumber was very friendly and helpful. Had a few issues when radiators were installed but this was quickly attended to and fixed. Excellent company.

Had a leak from the bathroom into the kitchen. Phoned Chris he was at my door the next day surveyed the problem got a quote. Paul arrived replaced shower enclosure one day , tidied up. Paul was very helpful and finished the job to a very high standard. Thanks to Chris, Victoria and Paul for their help

Chris and the team were brilliant from start to finish. They came out quickly to inspect my broken boiler and had everything sorted within days. The quote was significantly better than others I’d received (for the same product) which made a huge difference, and the quality of the work was perfect. Chris is clearly very knowledgeable, talked me through everything properly, and made the whole process feel straightforward. The installation was done efficiently and to a high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Chris truly saved the day for us. When our radiators suddenly stopped working, I was extremely worried — especially with a 10-month-old baby in the house and the temperature dropping. Chris didn’t hesitate to come out to our home out of hours, which we were so grateful for. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the boiler, explained everything clearly, and had the heating back up and running in no time. From start to finish excellent friendly service. Victoria booked the appointment very quickly for Chris to visit to quote for my replacement combo boiler. Chris explained the whole process clearly and provided me with choices. Once I had decided, the installation was booked in very quickly Paul the engineer completed the job efficiently within hours with everything left tidy very nice guy. He tested the heating and hot water systems thoroughly, and showed me how to operate the controls. Chris visited a few days later to double check everything was all ok Overall, a professional friendly and reliable service. Competitive pricing and great workmanship.
