I had an excellent experience with Allen and Alex at Sutherland Management Dundee office, who managed the property I rented from 2017 to 2021 and again over the past few months. Throughout the entire period, they were consistently polite, reliable, punctual, pragmatic, and clear in their communication. They are exceptional. What stood out most was their reliability and professionalism; issues were handled efficiently, processes/expectations were always well explained, and communication was transparent and timely. This made renting the property a genuinely 100% stress-free experience. Without hesitation, this has been the best estate agent I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them to any tenant looking for a trustworthy, competent, and professional agent.

I rented a flat through sutherland Management. I am here to express my appreciation for the services. The flat was well maintained and clean when I moved in. The staff are approachable and helpful. When I faced with any problems with maintenance in the flat and informed agenccy ,the staff would look into the issue and send the workers as soon as possible. I would to acknowledge Mr. Alex Finchu, one of the staffs,for his guidance and patience to get the flat as it was near to my work. Mr. Allen Smith for showing around the flat at the beginning of tenancy and his prompt replies to the emails .The services provided by Sutherland Management are excellent. In case if I am lucky in futher to buy and let the property. I would hand over my property to looked after through this agency. I have had a very pleasant experience with Sutherland Management Dundee since moving into our flat as students in 2022. I have stayed with them for 3 years now and they have been extremely helpful and very professional. From the minute we moved into the flat Allen and Alex have been very welcoming and accommodating for us. We have had very little issues with the flat and any issue that has arisen has been dealt with instantly. Their communication has also been very transparent with us. Excellent experience with Sutherland Management, especially Allen and Alex. We moved to Dundee from Australia and the process seamless from the beginning to end. They were very accommodating with offering a virtual viewing, our start date and taking measurements of the rooms for us. They were always prompt with responding to queries when we were tenants. We would recommend them as agents and will definitely be in touch if we move back to Dundee!
