The only nice thing I can say is that the experience we had before securing the property was fine. We rented with belvoir for around 2 years and I would absolutely never recommend this letting agent to anyone, the amount of issues I have had in the flat I rented from them which were never addressed or just brushed aside is abhorrent. The worst issue was the mould in our bathroom which was never properly dealt with, we tried our best to do it ourselves but when there’s no window or working extractor fan it’s pretty hard, there was clearly some wiring or electrical issues which was never followed up on as the bathroom light would flicker and using the fan would trip the electricity in the flat. Attempting to get a response from this letting agent is nearly impossible, so good luck if you ever have a problem in a property you rent from them 👍🏻 Don’t waste your time, rent from somewhere else.
Anytime there is an issue requiring a repair they are absolutely beyond useless. Really poor service who don't care about there tenants, or indeed the landlords properties they are supposed to be looking after. 0 stars would be more appropriate. Will advise everyone to never go near this place.

No one in this place knows anything about the property, and doesn’t seem to care, utterly unprofessional. All the properties I have viewed through here had severe mold infestation, like its been abandoned for decades and no one in the office knew if its gonna be fixed before the move in date?? They act like they’ve never seen or heard about the property before.
