I rented with Jamal Property World for over 4 years and I have only nice things to say, outstanding landlord. Any communications have been prompt and polite, and any issues with the flat were addressed and resolved within the same day.

I can recommend Jamal Property World because I rented an apartment from them for 1.5 years. Every problem that was reported was resolved promptly, sometimes on the same day. We were always able to get in touch with the agency with ease, and the personnel was consistently courteous. I'm delighted to have discovered Jamal Property World (JPW) in Dundee. I looked at a number of real estate brokers, but I ultimately chose them. The employees are incredibly amiable and communicative. In particular, Nadeem and his maintenance team are incredibly helpful and quick to fix any problems. Without a doubt, I would suggest JPW to everyone!

Rented from Jamal Property World for 2 years. A very professional and first class letting agency run by Mr Jamal and Nadeem. The property was first class, deposit so affordable at £200 and rent also very affordable for the quality of the property. Any maintenance issues, which were minor, were fixed the same day or at the first opportunity. Mr Jamal, Nadeem and the maintenance team were so accommodating, extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond. Any students looking to rent in Dundee should contact Jamal Property World as the process of renting a flat from Jamal is superb as well as stress free!

Me and my husband rented a flat with Jamal property world for 10 months. I had an amazing experience with them due to the following reasons: 1. Online viewing provided as we were in Pakistan while booking the property so it was perfect for us. 2. Lightning fast response and assistance regarding the repairs and maintenance. 3. As we were new in the UK, they guided us about each and everything, from electricity suppliers to the boiler settings to meter top ups, both Nadeem and Jamal were very patient and polite. 4. Lowest deposit which was also fairly returned to us after leaving the property. 5. We asked for extra stuff such as a big center table and a new mattress, which they provided to us without any hassle 6. The flat was quite basic but the rent was honestly very reasonable. I would recommend everyone especially students to trust them blindly as they won't disappoint 🙂

Rented with Jamal properties and all was well for the first couple months and i had no issues whatsoever. Until my ex flatmates breached our contract with excessive noise and mess. Which I had continuously complained about and nothing was done about it except from a formal warning. This situation has been on going since around October 2024 and is still an ongoing situation and I have since moved out and I am still dealing with them. I didn’t want to leave a review as I thought I would give the benefit of doubt and hope the situation would be resolved by now but I have been told multiple different things and information has chopped and changed. Very unprofessional as I have said myself to them and shared that I am unhappy . Wouldn’t rent here again and recommend avoiding definitely taking advantage of young students and not caring as they didn’t put in my contract that I’d be liable for rent even when moving out (yes I understand this is law but the fact that it is law, this is something tenants should be made aware of this before signing any form of agreement) UPDATE “made clear from the start of me ending my tenancy” there was no information about liability within my lease or contract and I can show proof of this. You seem to just be trying to cover your back. From looking into your company more I am not the only person who has had a bad experience. Also paid “consistently late” whilst living at your property I always paid my rent early. It’s since moving out and moving into new accommodation I have struggled which I had made aware to you guys. This response is very unprofessional and just speaks volumes on your part.
