During my time with them they've also updated their maintenance log system so you can now do this online so the job is officially logged and booked for repair and the system is accessible 24/7 for peace of mind. To finish off, the reason why I left was simply relocation to a new city but I would be happy to move into a property managed by Northwood - especially the Dundee branch.
