Recently sold our home with Ashleigh, she was brilliant throughout the whole process, we had a couple of offers fall through for various reasons but each time the house was back on the market and under offer within 24 hours. Ashleigh was excellent at keeping us well informed, as were the rest of the team. Great experience with flat viewings through Rosie Fraser. The team was highly responsive and efficient throughout the process, with excellent communication and prompt assistance whenever needed. Jack happened to conduct all of my viewings, including the very first one in my property search. He was professional, patient, and approachable throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. His calm and reassuring manner made the process much less stressful, particularly during my first viewing. As a student, I found him easy to communicate with and appreciated his understanding of my perspective.

We were very impressed from our first contact with the Rosie Fraser team. Ashleigh visited us first to view the property, tell about the company, how they conduct their business and outlined the terms and conditions. She arranged the the survey and photographer promptly again that was all done professionally. The house was presented extremely well online and viewings were handled extremely well by Jack. Every person we had contact with at the company was very friendly, helpful and professional. The end result has been a short for sale period ending in a very acceptable offer. We were recommended Rosie Fraser, we hadn’t sold a house before and we’re struggling with what to do, I called Rosie Fraser’s office and from that point it was absolutely exceptional service and most importantly politeness received. One of Rosie’s team came to the house by appointment, turned up promptly and had a look around, we chatted over options and answered our many questions satisfactorily. The team set up a WhatsApp group and kept us fully informed, the team couldn’t be more helpful, these guys make it look effortless.
