After checking out the website and YouTube videos where Struan answered all the questions a landlord would ask, I contacted him and have been very impressed with Struan and his team. They are all very professional, efficient, as well as being friendly and approachable. The systems they have in place to check the property as well as prospective tenants, are very thorough.
