I had a very positive experience renting my new home through Struan Baptie. The viewing was well organised and professional, they responded promptly to all my emails, and the paperwork was handled efficiently and diligently. Overall, the process was smooth and stress‑free, and I would highly recommend them.
We’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Struan Baptie Property Management Ltd from start to finish. The entire process was professional, smooth, and genuinely reassuring during what can often be a stressful time moving home. Communication was excellent throughout — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions we had. They made us feel valued as tenants rather than just another application, which really stood out to us. The property itself was presented to a very high standard, and any small queries we had were dealt with quickly and professionally. It’s clear they genuinely care about both their properties and the people living in them. A special thank you to the team for making the whole experience so easy and welcoming for our family. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. 5 stars thoroughly deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
