New website is terrible to use. Clunky, slow and not compatible for use on a phone. Makes it really difficult to put in filters for a search.
They have recently improved their website so it is now searcahble. It is still a mile away from the functionality of Rightmove - I have no idea why they insist on using something that is simply an unintuitive search method. Nothing is granular or logical but it does work. Unfortunately if you want to buy in Dundee - you need to use this - they seem to refuse to acknowledge that their CUSTOMERS want to use RIghtmove - but locking all the solicitors into this proprietary, probably expensive, rather bizarre attempt at a property search site seems peculiar at best. For all you solicitors in Dundee - I wanted to buy in Dundee and was looking for weeks before I knoew this site even existed. If you used a mainstream site - you would get more traction, more buyers and your sellers would get a better price. Seems you like NOT servicing your customers as well as you could. Odd.
Whoever approved the new website over the old one needs committed !!... what a disaster. I agree with other posts that the previous version from a few years ago was so simple to use, ideal as moving home is stressful enough !.
The new-style website is horrible! The old one was much easier to navigate and much more user friendly. Please go back to the old way and don't try to fix it if it ain't broke.
If I could give 0 stars I would because the new update to your search facility is absolutely horrendous and far less user friendly than the previous more basic facility was, which I'd have rated 4 or 5 stars. It would be great if you could include a link to use the old search facility in your new site somewhere.
