We honestly cannot speak highly enough of the service we have recieved from Fiona. Throughout what has been a difficult, consistent and oftentimes frustrating experience Fiona has been time and time again been the reason we still kept pursuing our ambition of buying. She has never failed to be empathetic or considerate of our situation (we keep being outbid or limited due to our mortgage type). Her communication is by far the best I have experienced in both my personal and professional history. She's timely, organised, thorough (its truly astounding how she balances this all) and we're just so grateful! We get into bed at the end of the day, utterly exhausted and say "well, at least we have Fiona on our team". Whatever you're paying Fiona, its not enough. Her work ethic is unmatched. Individuals like Fiona don't come your way often. 10/10. Can't thank her enough! ❤️

I was very fortunate in my choice in choosing Gary Mcillvary for my mitigation. His insight and vast experience knowledge to present my plea in mitigation was mature balanced and reading the room on the day was exceptional. I cannot praise his expertise and guidance more highly .

If I could get 0 stars I would! The receptionist has zero communication skills,talks over the caller,is very rude and unpleasant! As for the solicitor- Scott mackie; avoid at all costs! Have left messages for 5months for him to call back and arrange meetings and that's still yet to happen,when you call,you get the rude receptionist who says she'll email the solicitor and then hear nothing again! Don't waste your time - no idea how they can be as busy as they are! Unless they're choosing fave clients, anyone else doesn't even deserve a call back!
