Lorraine, the primary sales representative, was prompt, personable, and candid about what her company could do for us. She raised realistic and insightful points, took all the required measurements quickly, and promptly returned a quote for us that was more than fair. Kenny and the other tradespeople at Doorquay are professional and lightening fast. Our windows were installed quickly, without mess or error, and they look absolutely beautiful. I had a new front door installed today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Lorraine and Kenny provided a friendly and professional service. They made the whole process feel personal and straightforward, taking the time to answer questions and ensure everything was just right. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard, The door looks fantastic and has made a huge difference and has brightened up my space. Excellent people to deal with. Lorraine is really friendly and a joy to converse with. Lovely discussion at design stage with pro/cons gone over to get the best choice. Always kept in the loop about progress of each stage, even coming over on fitting day to check on things. Very efficient joiners led by the master, Kenny. Love my new door! What can I say, an absolutely brilliant service from Lorraine from start to finish, and an expert finish by Kenny and his team. We went for Rockdoors front and back, and on the day of installation there was no mess, no hassle and just x2 solid, secure and well fitting doors. Wish we’d upgraded years ago … and with the current miserable weather, they’re certainly keeping our house more cozy!!

Brilliant service from start to finish! Lorraine made the whole process extremely easy being very friendly and helpful. Very quick process from the first appointment to the door being fitted.
