Really impressed with the booking process and communications. It was easy to get the job booked in online within just a few days, and you can track when they’ll be at your house so you don’t waste the whole day waiting! Job was completed quickly and effectively too.

I logged a problem with my Samsung washer/dryer on the Samsung website. I was then directed to my authorised repair company Lothian Domestics. I had to give them some more information about the problem via a chat box. Very easy to do. On the appointment day, great communications from the company via text and calls to let me know they were on their way to me. The guys were great- professional, knowledgeable and polite. They had the machine up and running again in no time. Overall, a very efficient service from start to finish. I hope I don't need them again but I'd happily use them again. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used these folks. Such excellent service! I got a text reminder the day before, then ten minutes before I got a call letting me know Paul was on his way. He was able to fix what was broken in no time and I was back up and running. Paul was delightful and I cannot thank him enough for sorting my washer dryer out so quick.

Paul the engineer who came to repair my Samsung Washing machine was very polite & Professional at his job. He even asked for Washing powder so that he can try the machine before leaving as I believe this wasn't part of his job because he had repaired the leak. Thank you Paul
