I used White Eagle for a dishwasher installation they couldn't find the model at the price we agreed. However I managed to purchase elsewhere and they came and fitted it at no extra charge. The technician (Lucazj) came out removed the old one, took away for recycling, and installed the new one. Excellent service.
Top class service replacing broken glass on my induction cooker. Really friendly and polite and did the job quickly. Very competitive charges compared to the likes of British Gas. Highly recommend.
Poor communication throughout, engineer no-show, would not recommend.<br><br>I booked an engineer for 12pm, but the company asked to move the appointment to 3pm, which I agreed to. By 3pm, no one had arrived and there had been no calls or messages. I called several times and was repeatedly assured that someone was on the way.<br><br>At 4:52pm, I received an SMS saying the engineer would arrive within 15 minutes. By 5:18pm, no one had shown up, and my calls were no longer being answered.<br><br>I specifically made time to be at home for this appointment. I completely understand unexpected delays can happen, but only if they're communicated transparently. Unfortunately, the lack of updates and the broken promises made for a very frustrating experience.

Engineer comes out next morning, thinks he needs to order a new part and leaves. 5 minutes later he comes back and has found the part in his van! I was impressed with White Eagle back 2022 when they fixed a faulty washing machine and I continue to be impressed now. Great service from start to finish! Easy to contact or book online, courtesy messages of when they’ll arrive. Luckasz came today. Polite, friendly and professional. Carefully diagnosed what was wrong with my dishwasher and fixed it straight off. The moto on his van says “No tricks just fix” and it’s so true. Thank you.
