I was impressed with White Eagle back 2022 when they fixed a faulty washing machine and I continue to be impressed now. Great service from start to finish! Easy to contact or book online, courtesy messages of when they’ll arrive. Luckasz came today. Polite, friendly and professional. Carefully diagnosed what was wrong with my dishwasher and fixed it straight off. The moto on his van says “No tricks just fix” and it’s so true. Thank you.
Fantastic service from White Eagle! Easy to book, friendly, helpful and kept in touch about arrival times. Piotrek replaced an extractor/cooker hood for me. He was lovely, friendly, efficient and extremely tidy. And all for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
Worst service. DONT HIRE THEM. I called them to check Dishwasher complaint. But, the guy came was complaining all the he was there about Kitchen cabinets and plinths. To remove plinth, he removed integrated fridge doors and didnt fix it back. Also, he did not put back removed Kitchen plinths too. Above all these, he damaged vinyl flooring in the kitchen. Totally careless...
Great service! I emailed them for a kitchen extractor fan replacement. Communication was great, Piotrek showed up on time and he was really nice. Clean job and not too expensive. Thank you guys!
Absolutely fantastic service by Marek. Came to fix my washing machine and it's now working brilliantly. I'd removed the integrated door prior to his arrival and without asking, he put that back on for me. He even fitted the 2 door magnets I'd never got around to fitting when I bought the machine. Respectful, polite and with an amazing work ethic is rare to find these days. Would thoroughly recommend 100%. Outstanding guy. Thank you.
