We run a children’s nursery in Edinburgh, and as part of an expansion project, we contacted Niall at Capital A, to help us with the design, drawings, and both the listed building consent and planning applications. From the experience with listed buildings, mentioned on his website, Niall sounded like a good fit for the work. He proved to be professional, diligent, extremely knowledgeable, and we found his fees to be reasonable. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and stayed on top of each stage with the council. Our planning permission came through last week and we look forward to starting the works.
