Contacted Nìall to ask which consultation service i should go for. I was interested in a house to buy that needed a lot of work done to it. He asked me for quite a lot more information to help him decide… with the information i gave him he was able to tell us the work that needed done would almost certainly exceed our budget. Based partly on this insight alone we pulled out of the purchase…. and are so glad we did! We feel like we dodged a bullet! He was really quick to respond and clear in his messages too.
