John along with Craig and Gordon did a fantastic job refitting my old bathroom. From planning to completion they were very helpful and friendly. The finished walk in shower and bathroom is first class and I have no hesitation recommending them.
I had my old bath taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower by John Murray and his team from Plumbserve 247. It looks amazing, better than I expected and the attention to detail is exceptional. I really appreciate the effort they put in, their professionalism and they left my bathroom spotless. I highly recommend Plumbserve247 and will certainly use them again.
Unprofessional people, don’t go near them, if I could give 1 star I would, ruined my house and my bathroom not happy at all
Did a great job replacing my pedestal wash basin with a new vanity unit, and also replacing a toilet. Very good communication, friendly and cleaned up well.
John and his team went above and beyond when doing a full redesign on my bathroom, including moving the boiler to the loft. They helped me to think through the layout, sourced high quality walling, ceiling and flooring and were patient as I tried to envisage what the end product would look like. The quality of work is excellent and I would highly recommend Plumbserve 247 for similar job

John and his team have done a fantastic job on my bathroom installation despite difficulties from the shop I bought from. They were always able to come up with a solution and have completed it to a very high standard and finish. A very respectful, reliable and considerate team, that I will most definitely use for future projects or renovations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that can do it all. Thanks again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Professional and efficient service offered by John and his team. Quick response to initial enquiry and the subsequent shower refit was completed in less than two days. The whole process was made really easy and nothing was too much trouble. Delighted with the outcome and the workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend.
We recently got our whole shower unit replaced with Plumbserve 247. From the first email enquiry, which was followed up with a phone call to confirm our specifications and budget within a couple of days, site visit, quotation and completed works, within a couple of weeks from the initial enquiry. Was a very smooth process. Ross was our designated plumber. He was always on time. Polite and answered any questions we had. He was neat and kept both the ensuite bathroom and adjacent bedroom space clean and tidy throughout the process and caused as little disruption as possible. Ross was also very mindful of ensuring our 'indoor cats' were safe when he was carrying out the works. There was a small snagging leak following completion of the work, which was fixed within 48 hours of reporting it. We will definitely recommend and use this company again for future plumbing jobs.
