Paul was incredible to work with. He supported both me and my partner through the entire mortgage process, from helping us understand what we could afford to guiding us through every document and decision. He explained everything so clearly that even the complicated parts felt manageable. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, but he was also sensitive to our situation and had a great sense of humour that made the whole experience much less stressful. Absolutely faultless service from start to finish.
