Peter Cox staff were great, very professional and friendly and done a great job in my son’s room which had dampness over the year’s and was alway cold. It’s a different room now and so warm.

Peter Cox were very business-like. They communicated well all through the process of surveying and repairing the damp damage at my house. They showed up as promised for appointments. I was grateful to be able to communicate directly with the surveyor, Stephan, as the situation progressed. This is one of those reviews which you hope no one else has to read, given the nature of the work! But for anyone who has the awful experience of finding dry rot in their house, I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. From the personal, professional and sensitive management to the highly experienced team who actually carried out the remedial treatment ( Brian and Bob - legends!), we couldn’t have been in safer hands. The twenty year guarantee does give extra reassurance but we already trust the work has been carried out to the highest standard. Thank goodness we found them!

Had problems with my flooring and Stefan came to do the Survey, spoke to Toni who fitted me in for someone to come to do the work, and then Roger completed it yesterday. All very professional and friendly, Roger left no mess and I would highly recommend using Peter Cox for any flooring issues.

The guys were very professional. They kept us informed with the whole process. They respected our home and were tidy. They cleaned up well every day, and when the job was finished, they cleaned up the work area and the outside area as well. I would recommend them to others needing similar work done.
