Willie Mulgrew from Timberwise Edinburgh came out to evaluate a damp issue at my rental property. He provided a first class service throughout the whole visit; providing a general overview on damp in buildings, took time to explain his methodology as he took machine readings before verbally suggesting a remedial course of action. He also spent time explaining his findings with the tenants, advising how they could assist to reduce the causes of damp. Pleasant and polite throughout, highly recommended.

Recently had Wullie at Timberwise provide a survey for our farmhouse. Survey provided great detail with prioritised observations and Timberwise gave a very reasonable quote for solving some remedial issues. Wullie knew his stuff inside out and was skilled enough to identify and provide advice on multiple issues while walking around the house, giving us a a far greater understanding of our property before we even got the report. Following discovery of wet rot at our rental flat in Edinburgh, Timberwise completed all the repairs in a very professional way, and did an excellent job, tidying up well afterwards.
