Willie Mulgrew from Timberwise Edinburgh came out to evaluate a damp issue at my rental property. He provided a first class service throughout the whole visit; providing a general overview on damp in buildings, took time to explain his methodology as he took machine readings before verbally suggesting a remedial course of action. He also spent time explaining his findings with the tenants, advising how they could assist to reduce the causes of damp. Pleasant and polite throughout, highly recommended.

Recently had Wullie at Timberwise provide a survey for our farmhouse. Following discovery of wet rot at our rental flat in Edinburgh, Timberwise completed all the repairs in a very professional way, and did an excellent job, tidying up well afterwards.<br>After completion I needed to contact the office for an invoice for the final part of the work, and a guarantee.
