I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Robin and his excellent team. The access control system in my apartment broke down, and I made an appointment on Friday. It only took 10 minutes to get in touch with Robin. He was incredibly professional and patient in addressing my concerns, and there were no upfront fees required. On Monday, he arrived at my apartment very punctually. He was efficient, polite, and patient, and he solved the issue in just two hours. I would highly recommend Robin and his company, Door Entry System Services. Robin upgraded our old stair door entry system with a new flush stainless steel buzzer panel, door lock, door closing device, and new handsets in each flat. The service was professional throughout. Robin was able to quote from photos I emailed to him, and the price was competitive. Robin was very happy to answer questions before installation and he discussed exactly how we wanted the engraving on the buzzer panel to look. Contacted Robin for a quote to repair/replace my old entry phone and got a timely reply. Organised its replacement by setting date and time, Robin was puntual and called me 30 minutes prior to attend. He did replace my almost three decades old entry phone (partially broken as it did not buzz at all when the entry panel button was pressed downstairs) with a new one in no time, test its ringing, voice communication and the door unlock button, all working perfectly fine. He was super efficient, professional, fast and friendly. Paid the invoice via bank transfer. The replacement price was affordable too. A 10/10 service. Recommended!
Door Entry System Services advised me on which smart lock to install in my home. Following their advice, we decided to install the Yale Conexis L1. They installed it in no time and explained how to use it. They even gave me extra tags to use with my new lock. It's been a couple of weeks since I've had it and I am extremely happy with the outcome!
