I needed to have the lighting redone for our tenement stair. The whole process was very easy. The quote came back quickly and was easy to understand. The work was done quickly and quietly without needing any input from me. Very happy with everything.
In our Edinburgh private tenement, Lumen undertook replacement of our aging flourescent stair lighting with new LED units (9 units over 3 floors) and timer, plus a small external front door light. I was very satisfied with them while seeking quotes, with the equipment they supplied, and while the work was undertaken. Pricing was competitive, they were quick and helpful in answering all questions, the work was completed in a morning, and the technicians tidied up well after themselves. There was initially a problem with the timing of the lights coming on and off but they responded quickly and rapidly sorted it out satisfactorily. I would be happy to use this firm again or recommend them to others.
Lumen was highly recommended by our neighbours. I am happy to give 5 stars as the installation of new lights in our kitchen was very professional. Mackenzie showed up on time, was tidy in appearance and work, patiently tried couple height variants. And the work was done quickly without any issues. He also checked our existing dimmers and suggested that we keep them. Reasonable cost and we will certainly use Lumen again soon as we have some other electric works.
