Paul is highly communicative from the go, setting times to visit for a quote, he explained the options open to us and the cost associated, how we could make savings on the price if we wanted. Paul kept us up to date when ordering, and delivering, the materials and him and the crew turned up on time to get the job done. The crew were friendly, polite, fun and super quick and laying it - to a very high standard. They tidied up after themselves - keeping the place as neat as they could considering the work involved. No faults, no quibbles - we've asked him back to do the upstairs of the house :-)
