I am very grateful to Jason and team for carrying out a variety of renovations and repairs to the bathroom, the ceilings and the loft, all to a very high standard. Great communication and advice on options and solutions. Minimal disruption while completing some very tricky tasks. The transformation is amazing. Very reliable, skilled and straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.

Very considerate about keeping the place livable by cleaning every day before leaving.<br>Above all, they are great chat and thoroughly enjoyed having them as the honorable guests they are in our home for the few weeks.<br>We're taking a warrior's rest for a couple of months then we're going to reach out for the next phases.

Jason at Edinburgh Property Renovations did great work with various jobs in my flat. He fitted my new kitchen, upgraded the bathroom, did the tiling, laid new flooring, and fitted a new front door. Alongside other little joinery jobs! Everything was finished to a really high standard and looks fantastic.<br><br>He’s not only skilled and creative but also a really nice person to deal with, reliable, tidy, and easy to communicate with. He is a great problem solver and managed to find solutions for small spaces and finishing things off neatly.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable tradesman for big or small jobs in their home.

Jason and the team did an amazing job renovating our house: bathroom, kitchen, flooring, and walls - all finished to a very high standard. He was solution-focused throughout, handling any challenges without fuss. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we were kept fully informed at every stage. January 2023: Jason did great work in our new flat: painting a room and providing large heavy custom made shelves in our bathroom. He was very responsive to emails, and flexible when agreeing when the work would be done. His work is meticulous and careful. He is also a nice man whom it is easy to communicate with :-)<br><br>Addition, two years later (April 2025): Jason has refurbished three of our wooden floors (two initially were carpeted and the third one had loose floorboards and big gaps between floorboards). His team moved everything out of the rooms and disassembled the beds and put everything back afterwards. They also did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. The floors look absolutely stunning now!
