Bedroom and bathroom renovation. Overall very pleased with the quality of the work and the manner in which was carried out- across all trades. We have done a number of renovation jobs and I would say day to day communication, management and problem solving are the best I have seen. Would definitely recommend Jonathon and his team.
Newtown Renovations weren’t recommended to me by anyone, other that Google reviews, but I got a sense of what they were about from the first contact - they were responsive, timely and considerate in all their communication and pre-works planning. Their quote to do a full restoration of 7 Georgian windows was virtually identical to others I received, but it was their communication that swung it their way. This carried on throughout the works, which were done without us present. Shane messaged me with updates and photographs every day, and they started and finished exactly when they said they would. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the care they took to ensure our home was kept and clean and protected while it was happening was unlike anything I’d had from any builder before. We now have 7 virtually draft free and rattle free original sash and case windows that ought to be good for another 200 years! Thank you Jonathan, Shane and Anne

Newtown Renovations completed work in my flat in a timely and professional manner. I plan to hire them again for our next project. They stepped in when I had been let down by another company and fully delivered. Jonathon and his team carried out joinery, painting, and decorating in a sitting room and completely redid a cloakroom WC, which required painting, joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, etc. It was very convenient to have all of these tasks handled in house. All members of the team were professional and friendly. I include a few before and after photographs with this review.
Jonathon, Thomas and the team did a great job with our attic conversion installing a fixed staircase to create a new accessible store room. All the guys were great to deal with and the quality of work has been great. It’s really transformed the look of the upstairs. Despite issues with delivery of materials we were kept informed of any delays that inevitably happen in such an indepth renovation. We were also very impressed with the overall cleanliness.
