Training here is an absolute joy. It’s great gym with a broad range of equipment, able to cater for any ability and any specific goals. The staff and cliental are very welcoming and supportive. I train with Hope, who radiates positivity and encouragement while providing a pragmatic and accessible approach. I wanted to learn Atlas stones for my local highland games. My personal best was 50kg. Within an hour she had me lifting 70kg for reps and soon got me up to 80kg and greater with sandbags. They have a range of packages, including big student and blue light discounts for emergency services staff.
Fantastic gym with a great friendly and welcoming envirnment from everyone you meet. Every is approachable and respectful and encouraged from the get go. Highly recommend and family and friends.
The best gym for strength training in Edinburgh! A huge variety of kit for strongman/powerlifting/crossfit etc. An incredible welcoming and supportive community who are always there to lend a hand or cheer eachother on! Everyone is welcome and made to feel like part of the community! Look no further than ESC!! ☺️

Amazing gym, great community and environment to suit all needs of fitness. The equipment quality is superb and is only expanding with more variety to cater for everyone.
