Movement has been a game changer for me! Since joining I have noticed a real improvement in my stamina and strength that I haven’t had before in other settings. I feel driven, both within the sessions and outside of the sessions (to maintain a good diet/ stretches etc.) I generally feel much more energised and motivated. Movement is such a supportive community, everyone has their goals and celebrate each other’s wins. The cardio classes will physically push you but also feel quite sociable as it’s a larger group. Bianca and James are so good at pushing for good form in the small group sessions so you know you are working the right areas. Somehow even with multiple people, they can give really specific/ individual guidance the whole way through. Historically my fitness has not been my priority but now I find it’s a non negotiable and I am really enjoying taking this time to work on myself. Can’t recommend this gym enough, it’s really given me the tools to change my lifestyle for the better and more importantly it’s something I feel confident I will continue long term.
I didn’t used to enjoy the gym, however joining Movement has completely changed that for me. The sessions are enjoyable, motivating and I genuinely feel like I’m making real progress each week. Both Bianca and James are full of energy, incredibly patient, and great to work with. They create a really supportive environment while still pushing you to get the most out of every session. The gym itself is a safe, welcoming space that energises me. It’s a place where you can work hard, feel encouraged, and actually have fun while doing it. I’m really glad I joined. 💪
I joined Movement around 3 months ago with no previous strength training experience. It is a really supportive and friendly gym. Bianca and James are really approachable and knowledgeable coaches. The personal training sessions are well structured and group sizes are kept small. I have really enjoyed training here and would highly recommend this gym.
Joining Movement has honestly been one of the best decisions I made for myself. In just a few months I became much stronger and I can really see the difference, not only physically but especially mentally. I feel much more confident and proud of what I can do now. James and Bianca are amazing coaches. They don’t just tell you what to do, they explain things and help you understand your training, and they always manage to push you a little more than what you think is your limit. The atmosphere is also something special. It doesn’t feel like a normal gym, it really feels like a small family where everyone supports each other. Next month I’m moving away and honestly this is one of the things I will miss the most. The only thing I regret is not contacting Bianca years ago when I first found her online. If you are thinking about starting but feel nervous, I really recommend trying Movement! I will miss you guys ❤️
