Having never stepped foot in a gym for over a decade, joining Project was a big deal for me personally. David put me at ease about it all and after a few sessions I felt my confidence grow. The training team here are all brilliant people who clearly know what they are talking about, again this puts you at ease knowing your in safe hands. Its a great environment to train and a nice bunch of people who are all pushing to similar goals, no judgement, no drama. Just people trying to better themselves in a great wee gym. Give the trial a go, you might actually enjoy the gym. Maybe not so much the 6am starts!

Just completed my 30 day trial at Project and I am blown away! This place is a gem, far more than your standard gym. David and the team have managed to build a community that is welcoming, positive and encouraging and makes working out genuinely an enjoyable experience. I had some anxieties joining but I can say this was squished after my welcome session with Stuart. All the coaches are knowledgeable and tailor sessions to help you towards your goals. I look forward to continuing my journey at Project and seeing what I can achieve😄

Loving Project. Such a welcoming space to get into strength training. The coaches are all really lovely, supportive and always on hand for any questions. Aswell as PT there are classes, run clubs and support with nutrition which I find super helpful. This feels like a place where I can now be really consistent with my routine and keep myself accountable too. I would say Project and the team have totally exceeded my expectations. 🙌🏻

This is not just a gym, it’s a community and I am so glad I joined. After a long period of illness I was struggling to get back into exercise so I joined Project for one of their 30 day offers. I was just hoping to get back a bit of confidence and some stamina but I have received so much support and encouragement and help I look forward to my gym sessions and have got back into a sport I love.

Project Strength is the real deal. No fluff, no nonsense,no machines that don't need to be there just to fill space... Accountability is top-notch. Coaches make sure you show up and push yourself. The community is genuinely friendly and supportive. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and adaptable. Plus, it’s super flexible to fit any schedule. The facilities are excellent, and while it might not be the cheapest, you absolutely get your money’s worth!

I have just finished up my 30 day trial at Project and it has been amazing! I have always went to other gyms on and off and lacked the motivation and discipline to keep at it but making this change has been just what I needed as everyone is so friendly and keeps you accountable so that you want to keep going. The coaches are all amazing and know when to push you but also understand if you have had a hard day and may just need to move your body in some way. I can’t wait to keep going for a few more months and see what progress I can continue to make. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about giving it a go!

Completed my 30 day trial last week and decided to continue my fitness journey with them. Here’s why - the team is exceptionally people-centric. It’s easy for a fit coach to get lost in the fitness aspect. But Stuart and JT are very aware of what it’s like to get started with fitness. They are focussed on sustainability-driven results. The small group approach really helps with the journey to fitness as you’re surrounded by people at a similar stage in the journey. The whole process is inclusive and motivating - to see and support others do better. What David and team have built here is something special and I’m glad to have become a part of it.

I have finished up the 30 day trial that Project offer and from my first session I knew I would definitely be sticking around! If you feel slightly cynical about the concept of small group PT sessions for any reason, let me put your mind at ease. The focus and attention you get in each session, whether there is 2 members or 6, is fantastic. And everyone really is lovely to talk to, work out with and learn from. I was welcomed by other members from my first session and all coaches do a great job at checking in to see how you are getting on. Stuart, accountability coach for most beginners, was great at giving an introduction to the facility, checking in weekly, and supporting you through your next steps as you progress. I’m so happy I took the leap and excited to see how the next few months go!

Just coming to the end of my first month at Project, and what can I say?

It's been a fantastic experience so far; from the warm and understanding welcome, to the supportive group PT sessions with the coaches and the other people attending.

Previously working out felt like a bit of chore to me, especially with modern life where my health and fitness always ended up last in the priority race. It's never felt like that for me at Project due to the the encouraging and feel-good attitude around the place - there's a good solid positive vibe when you walk in. Feels more like a community, not a factory gym where everyone is just a number. All that said, it goes beyond just a community and friendly chats; I've made serious progress in 3 weeks due to the sessions that the coaches have taken us through. No harm in some chat and a few laughs along the way!

I'll be honest, I had a lot of apprehension and many critical thoughts before walking in the door right at the start. It's a big step to take, at least it was for me. I self-judged and had a huge dose of shame. That first step was tough but the steps that have followed have been far easier in no small part due to the atmosphere at Project. A great gym with great coaches and great attitudes.

Really excited to see what the next few months brings for me 💪
