We commissioned Emma to help us organise, style and present our late mothers 4 bedroom house in Edinburgh for sale. From the first interaction we had with Emma, we felt confident we were dealing with someone who we could trust. Emma totally understood the brief and helped us in a difficult time to present the house at its best – understanding the sensitivities around the situation. Emma's amazing contacts for painting, cleaning , carpet cleaning and other trades were invaluable. Emma’s installation and bump out were seamless and her pricing is excellent. Emma and our agent were aligned to get us the best result, and we could not be happier with what was achieved. Without the input and work of Emma and her team, we don’t believe we would have had the excellent result we had. When the estate agent we’d chosen suggested that we ask Lesley at Lennox-Kidd to stage the flat for the sale I was really sceptical – I hadn’t actually realised that it was something people did!  However, we were keen to sell quickly and once I’d met Lesley and she had talked me through the process and what Lennox-Kidd would do I was prepared to give it a go.  It really was the right decision!  The photos of the flat looked amazing and, even in a slow market, we had lots of viewers.  The flat sold within 2 weeks for 7% over home report – which we were very happy with.  I would thoroughly recommend using Lennox-Kidd: they made the flat look so fantastic that viewers just seemed to want to move in then and there!  I am no longer sceptical!

Wow, what a transformation.<br>Large empty 3 bedroomed flat, went from bleak to colourful and cosy. Every room was dressed to impress but not over done. So many small touches of a lemon by the gin bottle, soap in the bathroom, a magazine by the bed….<br>Emma made the whole process effortless, I just had to hand over the keys. An amazing service with great eye for detail. I would highly recommend this business to anyone to assist in a quick sale of their property. Then when sold everything was magically removed and left ready to hand over the keys. Thank you
