Bonnie Brooms has been a game-changer for us. As a couple with busy jobs, keeping on top of a clean home was a constant source of stress — but not anymore. They're flexible with timing, always able to accommodate our schedule, and can send a replacement cleaner whenever needed without any fuss. Our one-bed flat is consistently spotless, and honestly, knowing it's taken care of frees up so much headspace. Can't recommend them enough.
So glad to have found Bonnie Brooms. Well organised and flexible company and Nurot who does our weekly clean is prompt, efficient and charming. On a couple of occasions Rachel has had to stand in for Nurot and has also done a very good job.
Neither my grandparents nor we had the experience that other reviewers seem to have had. We had a cleaner come out that was not clear on what they were to do. Grandparents had cleaners that were late (beyond the 30-minute specified window) and did not treat their property with respect. Owner disputes when issues are raised. Would not recommend. Have had a far better experience with non-agency cleaners.
I am very happy that I used this company for my Carpet cleaning . Very responsible and professional work. My old carpets look almost like new. 🙃Didn’t even expect to be that good. Took a bit longer than thought but absolutely worth it . a very good job! Thank you!
