EHT's owner Kris responded rapidly to an urgent problem with our heating system. Jaques arrived promptly at 8am the following morning. Whilst the issue was easily resolved with replacement if a valve control unit, Jacques answered a number of technical questions we raised confidently. Without doubt Jacques was one of the most competent and conscientious engineers we have ever encountered. He is a credit to the profession and a fine representative for his company and their clear ethos of customer focus.

We have used the EHT multiple times - across our plumbing and heating problems and they’ve been top class each time. None of the jobs have been straightforward but they always find a way to get the job done to high standard, and always very polite. In addition, we needed an urgent call out and was organised right away. Cheers Kris and team!

I have been using EHT Services for a few years and have never been let down. They turn up on time, or they call to let you know they are running late. Very friendly service from the girls in the office and the guys that have come out to service my boiler. 5/5 and would definitely recommend 👌

Excellent service from Edinburgh Heat Team. From the initial call to Kris for a quote for a new boiler to the visit and price and then liaising with the office to confirm appointment just so smooth.
