I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom and can't thank the team enough for the incredible job they did. From the very first day, they were professional, hardworking, and genuinely lovely people to have around.<br><br>Having work done in your home can sometimes be stressful, but this experience was the complete opposite. It was a real pleasure to have them here every day. They were always friendly, respectful, and considerate, and they took great pride in everything they did. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they kept me informed throughout the whole project.<br><br>What impressed me most was not only the quality of the workmanship, which is outstanding, but also the care and attention they gave to every detail. The finished bathroom is even better than I imagined, and I find myself admiring it every day.<br><br>I feel very lucky to have found such a fantastic team and would recommend them without hesitation. Very happy with the new kitchen I’ve had fitted by Lewis and his team.<br><br>Nothing was too much trouble. All work was done to a high standard. I didn’t even realise that the painting of the walls was included!<br><br>In around a year I’m planning to get my garage and attic converted into bedrooms. The guys at Cloud Nine Installs, Nicolle, Lewis and Gregg are amazing. We got them to fit out a whole new bathroom for us. They are so amazing we got them back to do our en-suite bathroom. So clean, professional and friendly. We didn't know where to start with the new bathrooms. Nicolle helped us plan it all out, and gave us designs and option. Lewis and Gregg expertly ripped out the old ones and fitted the new ones. The bathrooms are nothing short of stunning. I will definitely be using them for any other work in my home. We recently had Lewis and Greig fit an instant boiling water tap for us. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They also took the time to fully explain how to use, how to change filter etc. thanks guys

We used Cloud 9 as they had done very good work on our neighbours bathroom conversion. We are delighted with the work they did for us , combining real skill and understanding with the need to make modern fittings work in an old house. They were very cheery and hardworking and have a real artistic flair. A great team.
