We recently had our entire bathroom fully refurbished by Property Improve, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.<br><br>Communication throughout the project was clear; we were kept fully updated at every stage, which gave us complete confidence in the process. The team was incredibly trustworthy and professional, and we felt completely comfortable having them work in our home whilst we were away.<br><br>Their expertise and attention to detail was evident from day one and every aspect of the refurbishment was completed to an extremely high standard, with a real sense of care and pride taken in the work. Nothing ever felt rushed, and the finish exceeded our expectations.<br><br>They were also incredibly responsive whenever we had questions and were very helpful in guiding us through decisions during the project. Even when we requested a few last-minute alterations, they adapted without hesitation and made everything work seamlessly.<br><br>Another thing that really stood out was how clean and tidy everything was left throughout and after the work.<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Property Improve to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and genuinely professional contractors.

Gordon did a brilliant job and transformed our kitchen into a beautiful and functional space. Every person he brought to do the plumbing, electrics and plastering was excellent and Gordon’s joinery work is beautiful. He is a perfectionist and we are so happy with the result.

Gordon and team have just completed our kitchen replacement and we are absolutely delighted with the result! Gordon managed the job brilliantly, he kept us updated on all activity and provided steer and guidance where we needed it. I kept thanking Gordon for the advice he provided on the original floor we picked, he knew it wouldnt look right and let us know. We changed the floor (thank goodness) and are delighted with the result. Gordon also bespoke fixed the sizing of some of the cupboards after they'd gone up and we weren't sure about them.<br><br>He managed all of the pick ups of replacement pieces/parts and removed all of the rubbish. The team worked so cleanly too, I was expecting way more dust than there was!<br><br>Things did change as the job progressed and I think it could have been very stressful at points to manage those changes but Gordon did all of that for us.<br><br>Thanks to Gordon and an excellent team. We have a great new kitchen in time for Christmas!

Gordon did a fantastic job of integrating my washing machine. He kindly did this at very short notice and was very efficient and innovative in his approach as this wasn’t a straight forward job. I am very thankful to Gordon and he will certainly be my first port of call in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a trustworthy and skilled tradesman.

Gordon and his team did a really professional job of our bathroom refurb. They dealt quickly with a few unforeseen issues and kept in regular touch with us to keep us updated with progress as we were away at the time. Very competitive quote for the job that needed doing. Gordon has completed my house renovation to a high quality. He did my bathroom, kitchen and coordinated the knock down of a wall and close up of two doors.<br><br>Gordon is extremely professional, timely and reliable. From the first meeting with Gordon we realised we were in safe hands. He embraced our vision and thereafter remained open to continued dialogue to help refine the design, whilst always maintaining an eye on budget and practicality. Gordon Hill has just finished fitting my Howden‘s kitchen and we are absolutely delighted with it. From start to finish the project was managed very well by Gordon who is an excellent joiner and project manager, coordinating his regular team of skilled trade people including a plasterer, an electrician and a plumber.<br>Gordon installed all the Howden‘s units and was also able to fit the vinyl flooring for us. The quartz worktops were fitted by Howden‘s own fitters who were very skilled at their job.<br>The kitchen refit ran seamlessly, from our initial meeting with the Howdens kitchen designer Steven, and once the fitting date was confirmed it took just over three weeks to complete. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Gordon who even answered my evening and an early morning text queries almost immediately which was very reassuring. We would definitely recommend Gordon Hill if you are considering having a kitchen fitted.

We have been renovating our house for over a year and have dealt with many different teams and companies. Property Improve is by far the best. Gordon is professional, hard-working and does what he says he’s going to do. The most refreshing thing I’ve found after this last year is that he doesn’t talk down to you or try to rip you off or take the easy route- we trusted him, which is so important. If we do any works on our house in the future - we’ll be back in touch!

Gordon has a great can do attitude. As we stripped back the walls and floor in my bathroom to reveal more and more issues. Communication was great, I was upto date on where we were and what the next steps would be.<br><br>Finished to a high quality, and the support guys he gets in are equally professional and enthusiastic.<br><br>I've already told him he's doing my kitchen next year.
