Had excellent service from James at Mortgage Advice Bureau. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process of applying for the mortgage simple and painless. I also got great advice on insurance for the property from Alyson who again was very knowledgeable and it was tailored to suit my needs. Everyone I spoke to within the company was friendly and had great communication and kept me well updated and informed.

Mortgage Advise Bureau is a great company to go through the mortgage process. Our advisors Amanda and Matthew were so very helpful and friendly making our mortgage journey smooth and easy. We appreciated appointments slots which suited us best (like 6-7 pm). Great communication by phone and emails after phone calls were sent to keep us right. Insurance options were clearly explained and we were given time to make our choice. We still have support from our advisors. Excellent customer service and incredibly competent and easy to talk to. Everyone was incredibly attentive in helping me purchase my first home, explaining things for me patiently and in ways I could understand. I never had trouble contacting anyone in MAB and when I was struggling with my solicitors, my mortgage adviser David would contact them directly to expedite the process and relieve some of the stress from me having to chase.
