Highly recommend Ceri at Pest Solutions. She was friendly, knowledgable and great at her job. Ceri swiftly identified an area where the mice were likely gaining entry to my flat and placed tracing dust to ensure any other entry points were identified. After several visits, Ceri appropriately sealed all entry points. Very happy with the service provided!

This is the second time (on another property) I had to call on the services of Pest Solutions. They are a local company who go the extra mile. Ceri (the operative) was extremely polite, punctual, pleasant & knowledgeable and did the job thoroughly well. A month ago I noticed a mouse in my flat and then there were more. I called on a Sunday and the person I spoke to was empathetic and ensured someone from the team would visit in the first instance. Clara managed to fit me in the next day. Inspected the flat for entry points and used various methods to eradicate existing mice while also taking into account animal behaviour. She visited 4 times and on the last visit proofed all entry points while cleaning droppings behind kitchen kickboards. She and Stuart made sure to keep me updated regarding invoices about the different jobs all timely and professionally. This was my first time using Pest Solution and the experience was very positive. Jarvis was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. After each visit, he provided a clear and detailed PDF report, which made everything easy to follow and very reassuring. I was particularly impressed by the use of fluorescent powder to track mouse activity. This method was surprisingly effective in identifying where the mice were entering and exiting, allowing the entry points to be located and dealt with properly. Jarvis also carefully checked every corner of the room, making sure nothing was missed. They offer a one-month warranty, starting from the third treatment visit, which was explained clearly. Overall, the service was transparent and effective. I haven’t seen any mice for a while, so fingers crossed that’s the end of it.

The representative called very soon after we sent the query. Conditions were explained clearly with no pressure to go forward. Clara, our inspector, was punctual and professional. She did a great job, was very thorough, and answered all our questions.
